MGS Enterprise was founded with a singular mission: to help schools access technology in Ghana's educational sector. Headquartered on Anyinasu Road in Kofiase, Ashanti Region, we have grown from a small software startup into a diversified conglomerate serving schools, colleges, and universities in the Ashanti Region.

Our name — Metal Gear Solid — reflects our commitment to building robust, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions. Like the eagle in our logo, we soar above challenges, delivering excellence to every institution we serve.

2015

Founded

MGS Enterprise was founded in Kofiase, Ashanti Region, starting as a small software development firm focused on school management systems.

2017

First Major Client

Launched pilot School Management System with 2 partner schools in Kofiase area.

2018

Expansion & Diversification

Launched MGS Electronics and MGS Printing to provide hardware and material support to our software clients, creating a holistic service ecosystem.

2020

Regional Growth

Expanded services within Ashanti Region. Added transport and food services for partner schools.

2022

Financial Solutions

Introduced hire purchase options to help partner schools afford equipment.

2024

Marketplace Launch

Launched MGS Store platform for trading used school equipment.

2026

Local Growth

Now serving 5+ institutions across 3 regions with a small dedicated team. Working as a local edu-tech startup.

Officially Registered

MGS Enterprise was formally registered with the Registrar of Companies, Republic of Ghana, as Metal Gear Solid Enterprise (Reg. No. BN959680726).
